Non-faculty positions
- The Java programmer position has been filled.
- We expect
to be hiring research assistants or postdocs, with an emphasis in
natural language processing for the biomedical literature beginning in
July, 2004 or thereabouts.
- Although we don't have any formal openings at the moment, we can
try to create positions for exceptional postdoctoral or research
associate candidates. We are particularly interested in candidates
with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Natural Language Processing
- Machine learning, particularly
as applied to gene expression array studies
- Biological
Ontologies
- Experienced Common Lisp programmers with
biological background and/or interests
Graduate Student Positions
We are recently begun a new graduate training program in
computational biology and bioinformatics.
There are a variety of options for graduate student fellowships in the CCP.
