All assignments should be submitted by email to ron_schuyler@yahoo.com. The email should show that the date and time sent were before the start of class (10:30am) on the date due. We do not accept late problem sets without prior permission.Assignments will be posted here.
- Assignment 1: Molbio databases, search and alignment. Due by the start of class on Tuesday, Sept 18.
- Project task 1: Analyzing high-throughput data. Project plan due to Hannah at the start of class on Tuesday, Sept 25, and final report due to her before the start of class on Thursday, October 4.
- Assignment 2: MSAs, sequence patterns and HMMs is due by the start of class Tuesday, October 23.
