I am interested in expanding computational methods for synthesizing facts from high throughput biochemical and genetic assays enlightened by our knowledge of (evolutionary) biology. I am also interested in computer based strategies for finding cures to viral disease, AI and general computational approaches that use public information sources to find critical linkages regarding the public health.
